Our Refund and Returns Policy
At Laugar of Sweden, we want you to be happy with every purchase. While Swedish law gives you the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, we offer a generous 30-day refund and returns policy to give you extra flexibility and peace of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or are damaged in any way that reduces their resale value cannot be returned or refunded.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Unopened products can still be returned within 30 days.
Other non-returnable items: Gift cards and downloadable guides or e-books.

Return process
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first for instructions.
Provide your receipt or proof of purchase so we can give you the correct return address and details.

This ensures that:

• Someone is available to receive your package

• Your return is processed smoothly

Once approved, please send the item to the address we provide.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping returns
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without prior approval.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first.
